Sky Equity Taps Douglas Elliman for Sales at Upper East Side Luxury Condos

Sky Equity Group, the New York City-based real estate development firm founded by Simon Dushinsky, has named Douglas Elliman Development Marketing as the exclusive sales and marketing agent for 260 E. 72nd, the firm’s new luxury condominium on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Located at the corner of Second Avenue and East 72nd Street, 260 E. 72nd will offer 60 two- to five-bedroom for-sale residences.

Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is appointing luxury residential brokers Maya Kadouri as Director of Sales, along with Barbara Russo, Senior Sales Associate, and Gezelle Javaheri, Sales Agent, to lead sales at 260 East 72nd. The Peter Pennoyer Architects-designed 20-story building topped out in June and recently received Offering Plan approval, with pre-sales now underway ahead of the official sales launch later this fall.

“Our goal for 260 East 72nd was to create a building that is rooted in the architectural character of the Upper East Side while being designed for the way people want to live today and for years to come,” said Dushinsky. “Maya, Barbara, and Gezelle understand this market and have the relationships and experience to represent a development of this caliber.”
