Skincare Brand Relocates Offices to Flatiron District

Swiss luxury skincare brand La Prairie has finalized a 10-year lease at the Rudin Family’s 41 Madison Ave. in the Flatiron District. The tenant will occupy 8,200 square feet and expects to relocate from 680 Fifth Ave. during the first quarter of 2020.

La Prairie will come into a property that has recently undergone capital improvements, including a transformation of its lobby and public spaces. It will join a tenant roster that includes 24Seven, The Gersh Agency, Water Island Capital, Rosenthal, Wedgwood and Ralph Lauren Home.

“From fashion and beauty companies to TAMI tenants and financial services firms, our building is a magnet for a wide variety of industries,” said Michael Rudin, SVP at Rudin Management Company, the operating arm of Rudin Family holdings.

SVP Robert Steinman at Rudin Management represented the landlord in-house. Savills’ John Mambrino, Nick Farmakis and Michael Bertini represented La Prairie.
