SKIDATA Finds U.S. Headquarters in New Brunswick, NJ

SKIDATA opened its new, 11,500-square-foot U.S. headquarters at Albany Street Plaza in New Brunswick, NJ.

“For its U.S. headquarters, particularly, SKIDATA desired a central business district setting… Ultimately, New Brunswick’s rich cultural offerings and night life drew us to 120 Albany Ave.,” said Warren Searles, director for Cushman & Wakefield, which represented SKIDATA. Sam Boraie served as landlord rep for Albany Street Plaza.

SKIDATA relocated to 120 Albany St. from nearby Hillsborough, NJ. The company has more than 10,000 installations in over 100 countries that provide speedy access for people and vehicles to places ranging from ski resorts and airports to amusement parks.
