Skanska USA Moving Atlanta Office to Downtown’s Peachtree Center

Interior commercial contractors Skanska USA has announced plans to move its Atlanta headquarters to downtown’s Peachtree Center. The firm signed a 15,000-square-foot office lease at the development’s Marquis One building. It will occupy the 25th floor at the property.

The Marquis Towers are currently undergoing renovations, and those upgrades reportedly weighed heavily on the firm’s decision to move there. Skanska USA will relocate from its offices at 55 Ivan Allen Jr. Blvd., and is expected to move into the new office in the second quarter of 2020. Skanska will complete the build out of the space.

Deming Fish and Jessica Doyle of Colliers represented the landlord, Banyan Street Capital, in the lease negotiations. Drew Levine and Bob Ward of Colliers advised Skanska.
