Skanska Signs Lease to Recently Completed 3901 Fairfax in Arlington
Skanska announced that The Angie, an American French bistro concept from the Balos Restaurant Group and For Five Coffee Roasters, has signed a lease at 3901 Fairfax. The new restaurant will occupy 5,700 square feet of the building’s ground-floor retail space and will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.
The Angie will offer alfresco dining with 162 seats, a full-service bar, a barista bar, a lounge, operable windows, and a private dining room. “We’re excited to announce the opening of The Angie, our third restaurant and first collaboration with Skanska,” said Stefanos Vouvoudakis, co-founder of The Angie and For Five Coffee Roasters.
Papadopoulous Properties represented The Angie, while H&R Retail represented Skanska in the transaction. Delivered in September 2024, 3901 Fairfax is located next to Quincy Park and provides convenient access to the Ballston and Virginia Square Metro stations, Reagan National Airport, I-66, Route 50 and various bike-share stations.
