Skanska Secures 114K-SF Lease at Two Drydock in Seaport District

Global development and construction firm Skanska has secured a 114,620-square-foot lease with Interpublic Group subsidiary MullenLowe and Mediahub at Two Drydock, the firm’s 13-story office building in Boston’s Seaport District.

MullenLowe and Mediahub is a full-service creative, media and PR agency with approximately 550 Boston-based employees. The agency will move from 40 Broad St. in the Financial District to Two Drydock in July 2020.

The 230,000-square-foot Two Drydock will include 9,000 square feet of retail space, as well as an 8,000-square-foot rooftop terrace with a modern fitness center and conference and lounge space with views of Boston Harbor. The building is also nearby the MBTA Silver Line that travels to and from South Station in approximately 10 minutes.
