Skanska Promotes Jennifer Tatum to VP of Capital Markets, Leasing
Skanska announced the promotion of Jennifer Tatum to Vice President of Capital Markets and Leasing.
In her expanded role, Tatum will continue to oversee regional leasing efforts in D.C. while deepening relationships with buyers and investors and promoting Skanska’s portfolio nationally. She will also lead the development of a national divestment strategy.
Promoting cohesion across Skanska’s regional markets in D.C., Houston, Boston and Seattle, Tatum will foster national opportunities while spearheading knowledge-sharing initiatives across capital market trends, valuations and potential buyer and tenant topics. Tatum previously served as Skanska’s Vice President of Leasing for Washington, D.C., driving office and retail leases at notable projects such as 17xM, 2112 Penn, 3901 Fairfax and Heming.
“Jennifer will play a crucial role in bridging connections across our national operations and representing Skanska to investors across our portfolio,” said Murphy McCullough, president and CEO of Skanska USA Commercial Development. Prior to joining Skanska in 2017, Tatum worked at Newmark and CBRE.
