Skanska Promotes Guerrette to EVP and GM in Seattle
Development and construction firm Skanska has named Lew Guerrette as executive vice president and general manager overseeing its building and construction operations in Seattle. The 26-year company veteran, most recently as vice president and accounts manager, Guerrette has overseen several marquee projects for Skanska clients, including Microsoft, Boeing, Amazon and University of Washington.
“Lew has been instrumental in growing and developing our teams and business throughout the Puget Sound region,” said Skanska CEO Paul Hewins. “Lew has shown a remarkable ability to understand our clients’ vision and translate that into what we do best. That’s why I’m particularly excited to work with him as he leads our Seattle office into the future.”
Guerrette, who earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology said, “I’m thrilled to take on this new role and to lead and grow this world-class team and build new opportunities for Skanska throughout the region.”
