Skanska Planning $392M Office Project

Skanska will be developing and building a 38-story tower in downtown Seattle. The company will launch construction on the undisclosed site sometime in February 2017, with construction completed by Q2 2019.

The tower will offer approximately 667,000 square feet of office space, as well as close to 20,000 square feet of space for retail. Skanska is also planning a 23,000-square-foot outdoor open space that will be created as a public, urban village.
