Skanska Names Kelly Daige National Director of Inclusion & Partnerships  

Skanska USA Building has appointed Kelly Daige as its first national director of Inclusion and partnerships, focusing on strengthening external D&I relationships and developing national approaches for community and employee engagement.  

Based in Boston, Daige joined Skanska in 2015 and has been the manager of executive support services since 2018. She will work with the company’s D&I team to further their mission and growth. Daige has a background in organizational change, project leadership, and management, and holds certificates in Change Leadership from New York University and in Organization Change Management from Cornell University. 

“Kelly’s passion for organizational change, coupled with the breadth of her experience and exceptional project leadership and management skills, make her the ideal person to help us continue our journey, advance and grow,” said Dina Clark, senior vice president of Diversity and Inclusion at Skanska.
