Skanska Names Kathleen Craven VP, Human Resources
Skanska USA Building has welcomed Kathleen Craven as VP of human resources a senior leadership role at USA Building.
Based in Skanska’s Atlanta office, Craven will be responsible for leading building operation’s overall HR strategy through talent management, workforce programs, recruitment and employee engagement.
She will work with national shared service teams and professional service groups to develop, support and execute their functions and strategies. Craven also joins the building operation’s senior leadership team of key executives that lead critical functions for the organization.
