Skanska Advances Second Beverly Hills Development

Skanska acquired a development site at 8633 Wilshire Blvd., with plans for a three-story, 43,900-square-foot office project. The seller was Beverly Hill-based Goggles 8633, LLC, whose principals include Isaac Gabai of IAG Capital, Amir Dar of Enzo Equities, and Adam Emrani of Lucent Capital.

Skanska USA Commercial Development’s Clare De Briere says, “This new project builds on Skanska’s rapidly growing footprint in commercial development in the Los Angeles region as well as in Beverly Hills, one of the most desirable and competitive submarkets in the country.”

The project will feature 360-degree views and outdoor space on every level including a rooftop indoor/outdoor workspace and garden, touchless technology, future focused infrastructure, and four levels of subterranean parking. It is Skanska’s third project in SoCal and second in Beverly Hills.

De Briere notes, “the highly sustainable, future-focused, elegant building that provides both functional and fluid, indoor-outdoor spaces for our tenants to thrive while embracing our Southern California lifestyle.”
