SK Food Group Plans Move to Tolleson, AZ

SK Food Group Inc., which is headquartered in Seattle, has announced it will expand operations in Tolleson, AZ, a suburb of Phoenix. To that end, a new, 212,000-square-foot build-to-suit will be developed, with the end result being a projected 550 new Arizona jobs.

According to a statement from SK Food Group President and CEO Steve Sposari, the Arizona spot was selected because of logistics infrastructure and access to available labor. Another plus was the availability of a shovel-ready site. No ground-breaking date has been released.

SK Food Group engaged commercial real estate advisory firm Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s (NGKF) Global Corporate Services division (GCS) to assist in its site search to expand its operations. NGKF searched the Southwest United States for a site.
