SK Commercial Realty Secures Full-Floor MOB Lease at The Commons at Lake Hearn
Pavilion Partners and tenant Shady Grove Fertility have executed a full-floor, 23,522-square-foot lease at 1100 Lake Hearn Drive, one of three buildings at The Commons at Lake Hearn medical office complex in the Central Perimeter submarket of Atlanta, GA.
Furman Wood, Scott Martin Daniel Topping with Atlanta-based commercial real estate firm SK Commercial Realty represented Pavilion Partners in the transaction.
“MOB remains one of the most dynamic sectors in Metro Atlanta, with more healthcare tenants than ever seeking premier space closer to their core patient bases,” said Wood.
The Shady Grove Fertility deal headlines a string of recent lease agreements and renewals totaling more than 50,000 square feet that brings the building to 95% leased and completes Phase I of a three-phase leasing process at The Commons at Lake Hearn. The 355,000-square-foot campus is situated on 12 acres and recently underwent a $50-million renovation.
