SK Commercial, Goldenrod Cos Ink 367K-SF Lease in Powder Springs Industrial Park
SK Commercial Realty and Goldenrod Companies have executed a 367,000-square-foot lease with Automann Inc., for a new distribution facility within the Silver Comet Industrial Park in Hiram, GA.
Automann will occupy the entirety of Building I, which will be the first of six new Class A industrial centers to be constructed at the new park. The distributor of aftermarket truck and trailer chassis and brake components is developing its southeastern hub in Paulding County and will bring more than 150 jobs to the community.
Building I will feature 36-foot clear heights, 29 dock doors and two drive-in doors. The building is a part of the 128-acre master-planned Silver Comet Industrial Park, which has build-to-suit opportunities for warehouse, manufacturing and distribution users.
The park is located near U.S. Route 278 and State Route 92, which both lead to major transportation arteries for direct access to the metro Atlanta.
