SJPI to Develop 635 K-SF MD Business Community
St. John Properties has acquired an 82-acre plot in Waldorf, Maryland, heralding the inception of the Berry Pointe mixed-use business community.
The development will encompass nearly 635,000 square feet, housing single-story commercial office, flexible research and development spaces, and retail areas, alongside five pad sites. The project’s initial phase is expected to debut in spring 2025.
St. John Properties plans to construct 12 buildings, with more than 550,000 square feet of flex/R&D space and around 60,000 square feet of single-story commercial office. Additionally, 70,000 square feet of retail space will be introduced, enhancing tenant and employee amenities.
