SJP Names New Leasing and Marketing SVP

Alexander Erdos has joined SJP Properties as SVP — leasing and marketing. He’ll work directly with SJP CEO Steve Pozycki to oversee business development, leasing and marketing , and will also contribute to the strategic growth of SJP Project Solutions, the company’s third-party development, construction, and project management business.
“As commercial tenants seek out increasingly diverse real estate solutions, Alex’s experience working with a wide variety of occupiers and owners, particularly in the New York Metropolitan Area, will be crucial in managing and growing our pipeline,” Pozycki said.
Before joining SJP, Erdos served as VP at CBRE based in Midtown Manhattan, where he was an integral part of the Northeast Consulting team responsible for advising and representing a broad range of owners and occupiers in the office and life science sectors. Earlier, he built foundational experience in capital markets and investments sales while working for Eastern Consolidated.
