SJP Bolsters Property Management with Promotion, New Hire

SJP Properties  deepened its leadership team with a promotion and hiring within its property management platform. Barbara Quintana was promoted to director of property management, and Mary Tanzer was hired as general manager.

“The highest level of concierge service in both property management and asset management has been the foundation of SJP’s success creating a world-class environment for every tenant within our portfolio, and we could not have found a more competent professional to oversee this critical function of our organization than Barbara,” said Steve Pozycki, founder and CEO of  SJP, headquartered in Manhattan and Parsippany, NJ.

He continued, “Barbara’s promotion created the opportunity to bring another talented professional onto our team — we’re proud to have selected Mary, who is incredibly accomplished in her own right, and who we’re confident will continue our proud legacy of delivering a superior tenant experience throughout our New York City assets.”
