Six Sterling Bay Properties Earn WELL Health-Safety Rating
Sterling Bay said Friday that six of its Chicago office properties have been certified by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) as having achieved WELL Health-Safety Rating. The WELL Health-Safety Rating was developed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The following Sterling Bay properties achieved the IWBI rating: One Two Pru (East Loop), 111 N Canal (West Loop), 210 N Carpenter (Fulton Market), 311 W Monroe (Loop), 333 N Green (Fulton Market) and 600 W Chicago (River West).
CEO Andy Gloor said the WELL Health-Safety rating was “a testament to Sterling Bay’s deep commitment to preparing our properties for a safe and healthy return to the workplace.”
The company is among the first commercial property owner/management firms to achieve WELL Health-Safety Rating locally. Sterling Bay completed a thorough review of the following performance areas: Cleaning and Sanitization, Emergency Preparedness, Health Service Resources, Air & Water Quality Management and Innovation.
