Six Senior Appraisers Depart JLL, Rejoin IRR-Dallas

Less than two years after JLL acquired a Dallas affiliate of Integra Realty Resources (IRR), six senior appraisers left JLL and returned to the IRR team. Rejoining IRR-Dallas are Dennis C. Pertle, Mike Mauren, Randy Pettit, Lauri Conway Johnson, Ryan Baker and Andy Drais.

“We’ve been strategically rebuilding Integra’s footprint to its original size prior to the wave of local office acquisitions, and are pleased to share we’re almost there,” said IRR Chairman Anthony M. Graziano.” Over the past 18 months, IRR added more than a dozen offices nationwide and just opened two offices in St. Louis and Atlanta.

“Quality professionals with a shared vision are our lifeblood, which is why we could not be more thrilled to welcome back Dennis, Mike, Randy, Lauri, Ryan and Andy,” Graziano said.
