As part of its continuing effort to build its Northeast portfolio, private equity real estate concern Sitex Group has acquired a 210,000-square-foot warehouse at 7001 Anpesil Drive in North Bergen, NJ from a private investor.  

“We are excited to add 7001 Anpesil Drive to our growing portfolio of logistics assets,” said Blake Chroman, a principal with Sitex.  “Our strategy of buying premier buildings and properties in infill locations throughout the region remains the same as we look toward the remainder of 2022.”

 The building features 22’ clear ceiling height and 20 loading docks. It is situated on 7.3 acres in the heart of the Meadowlands submarket and provides users with proximity to New York City, the ports of Newark/Elizabeth, the New Jersey Turnpike and Newark Liberty International Airport.

The sale was brokered by Bill Connors of The William Connors Agency. Sitex, as part of its strategy of developing and repositioning assets, plans to renovate the property as space becomes available. The property is 100% leased.
