Sitex Acquires Fully Leased South Brunswick Warehouse

Sitex Group has acquired a 343,000-square-foot warehouse facility at 100 Middlesex Center Blvd. in South Brunswick, NJ. The seller and sale price were not disclosed. The approximately 40-acre property is located roughly two miles from New Jersey Turnpike Exit 8A.

The property is leased to a global parcel logistics company that has occupied the facility since 2016. The site offers infrastructure designed to support modern, fleet-intensive logistics operations, including more than eight acres of paved and secured parking, an on-site fuel pump, a truck maintenance garage and truck wash, and EV charging for both trucks and cars.

“This is a highly functional asset in a location where large-scale industrial properties with this combination of infrastructure and connectivity are difficult to replicate,” said Brian Milberg of Sitex Group.

Cushman & Wakefield’s National Industrial Advisory Group team of Gary Gabriel, Kyle Schmidt, Ryan Larkin and Seth Zuidema arranged the sale.
