Siteline Gets Underway in the Shadow of the Space Needle
Construction financing of approximately $82 million was recently arranged on behalf of MainStreet Property Group in partnership with Grousemont Associates and related parties for the development of Siteline. Construction on the Seattle multifamily property will begin immediately and is expected to be completed by summer 2023.
Located in in the shadow of the Space Needle, Siteline will consist of 214 apartment units, 44,000 square feet of pre-leased office and storage space, and 6,000 square feet of prime retail space. Siteline is the launch pad for everything that Uptown and the emerging Sports and Entertainment District have to offer, says the partnership.
The 10 year fixed-rate construction-to-perm financing was negotiated and secured by Ray Allen and Seth Heikkila of IPA Capital Markets’ Seattle office with a prominent life company.
