Charleston's Wando Crossing sells for $46M

SITE Spins Off S. Carolina Regional Shopping Center for $46M

Colliers | U.S. has arranged the sale of Wando Crossing, a 100% occupied, 214,029-square-foot regional shopping center for $46,750,000. This prominent retail destination is situated in the upscale Mount Pleasant area of Charleston, South Carolina.

A Colliers team led by Brad Peterson, Scott Israel, Whitaker Leonhardt and Patrick Nealon represented the seller SITE Centers. The buyer was Ziff Real Estate Partners.  Donald Jennewein of Colliers also represented Ziff Real Estate Partners in arranging the financing. 

Wando Crossing is situated on 21.2 acres and features national anchors such as HomeGoods, Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Ashley HomeStore, Total Wine & More, Michaels, Petco, and Five Below.
