Sister GC Companies Sign Lease with Baltimore Mixed-Use Business Community 

High Mark Construction and Strong Wall Construction, sister companies in the general contracting and fire restoration industries, have signed a lease for 12,126 square feet of space within Greenleigh, a mixed-use business community in Baltimore. The companies will relocate to 12 Irondale Street by mid-summer.  

The building at 12 Irondale Street is a single-story, LEED, Gold-certified space with flexible layouts and parking space. Greenleigh, developed by St. John Properties and Somerset Companies, will include over 2,200 residential units and nearly two million square feet of commercial space upon completion.
