SIORs Take the Spotlight in Chapter’s 17th Annual Awards

Chicago-area SIORs were spotlighted at the 17th Annual Chapter Awards of the Chicago Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. The program is designed to honor the organization’s Platinum Sponsors and SIOR members who completed transactions within the Chicago Chapter or with a Platinum Sponsor.

The awards were created by Joyce Slone of Slone Commercial LLC to recognize those SIORs and sponsors for their outstanding achievement throughout the year, and to commend those that are committed to helping other SIORs reach their goals.

In total, 38 SIOR members and 15 Platinum Sponsors completed 134 cooperative transactions totaling approximately $1 billion.

About Paul Bubny

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 13-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism. In this capacity, he oversees daily operations while also reporting on both local/regional markets and national trends, covering individual transactions across all property types, as well as delving into broader subject matter. His tenure in B2B publishing stretches back into the print era, and he has served as Editor in Chief on four national trade publications. Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
