SIOR Elects Merit Partners’ David Liebman as Great Lakes Director
SIOR recently elected David Liebman, SIOR, managing broker with Merit Partners, LLC in Chicago, to serve as regional director for Great Lakes. He will serve a two-year term and will assume the position at SIOR’s CREate 360 Conference in Dallas this October.
Liebman, an industrial specialist, not only brings 30-plus years of experience to the industry, but also holds a Juris Doctorate and offers additional legal experience to his clients. For several years he has authored a column in SIOR’s quarterly magazine, SIOR Report, and his expertise has been featured in many articles. He’s been an SIOR member since 1998 and has served in a number of SIOR volunteer roles.
Liebman said, “The network of individuals who belong to SIOR are absolutely exceptional and are at the top of their field. I’m privileged to be able to give back to this organization that I hold in such high esteem.”
