SIOR Elects 2019 Board at Austin Conference

The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors announced its 2019 officers. The elections were held during SIOR’s Spring World Conference in Austin, TX last week.

“Congratulations to each of the SIORs who have been elected as officers for the 2019 term,” said Del Markward, SIOR Global President (pictured above left). “I have no doubt that this next group of officers will honor our reputation and serve proudly.”

Along with the new class of officers, Kidder Mathews’ Robert G. Thornburgh, SIOR, CCIM, CPM (pictured above right), will assume the role of SIOR Global President. Since earning his SIOR designation in 2005, he has held a number of leadership positions within the organization.

Current SIOR Global Vice President Mark Duclos, SIOR, will assume the role of President-Elect and serve a one-year term before becoming Global President. Patrick Sentner, SIOR, has been elected as Vice President for 2019.

Dennis Hennessy, SIOR and Mark Long, SIOR were elected to serve on SIOR’s Board of Directors as Members-at-Large.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private.
