The Chicago Chapter of SIOR, which includes nearly 200 leading office and industrial real estate brokers, recently named its new executive board for 2023

SIOR Chicago Names 2023 Executive Board

The Chicago Chapter of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR) recently named its new executive board officers for 2023. Peter Billmeyer, managing principal of Bespoke CRE, will serve as chapter president and lead the organization, which includes nearly 200 of the leading office and industrial real estate brokers in the Chicago market. 

Additional board members are John Cassidy, principal at Lee & Associates, as chapter VP; Sergio Chapa, senior managing director at Newmark, as treasurer; Sean Henrick, executive director at Cushman & Wakefield, as secretary; Ryan Moen, principal and co-founder at Versa Real Estate Services as director-at-large; and Sam Badger, senior managing director at CBRE, as Immediate past-president. 

The SIOR Chicago Chapter also recognized chapter members named to regional or global roles. David Liebman, managing broker with Merit Partners, LLC was named Great Lakes Regional Director; and Christopher Curtis, principal at Nugent Curtis Real Estate, LLC, was named SIOR Global Grant and Scholarship Member.
