Single-Tenant Perkins Restaurant Trades in Nebraska

Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. has brokered the sale of a single-tenant Perkins Restaurant & Bakery located at 7301 Husker Cir. in Lincoln, NE. The property sold to a private investor based in Dubuque, IA for $2,481,157.

The seller was a local developer specializing in net lease development throughout the state of Nebraska. Quantum EVP Zack Hilgendorf represented the buyer.

Hilgendorf said, “The buyer was looking to put some excess cash to work and with limited inventory of long-term net lease deals under $2,500,000 we were able to achieve excellent pricing. The robust demand for this asset shows the continued strength in the service oriented net lease market.”
