Singerman Real Estate Readies Move to New Mag Mile HQ

Private equity firm Singerman Real Estate has retained Clear Height Properties’ project and development services division to oversee tenant improvements for its new headquarters space. Singerman is relocating to 8,000 square feet on the 17th floor of 980 N. Michigan Ave., also known as One Magnificent Mile, from its current space on the 16th floor.

“The look and feel of the new space will be in keeping with a traditional real estate investment firm and embrace the reputation Singerman has achieved as a highly successful investment firm,” said Clear Height’s Jason Pammler. “The image will blend a traditional and tasteful richness with modern features and state-of-the-art technologies, while also being mindful of costs.”

Work on the new space, designed by GREC Architects, has begun. Singerman expects to be relocated and fully operational in its new space by the end of September.
