Singerman, HATCHspaces Snags Conejo Spectrum Life Science/R&D Campus

Think Here, a 160,980-square-foot, Life Science/R&D office campus comprised of two buildings in Thousand Oaks, CA, has been sold. The buyer was a venture between Chicago-based Singerman Real Estate, LLC (SRE) and Los Angeles-based HATCHspaces, LLC, while the seller was Harbor Associates.

Plummer says, “Think Here provides the buyers with a newly renovated, value-add asset within one of the fastest growing biotech hubs in the nation.”
