Sinclair Prosser Gasior, a boutique law firm focused on estate planning, will relocate its corporate headquarters to Annapolis Corporate Park in Annapolis, Maryland. The group signed a lease with St. John Properties, Inc. for 13,331 square feet of space within the 28-acre business community located at the intersection of MD Route 50 and Riva Road.

The 25-person law firm expects to complete the move this summer. St. John Properties’ Michael Tait represented the landlord and Colin Lennon of Rosso Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant in this lease transaction. “We are thrilled to have our headquarters remain close to the liveliness of Annapolis, surrounded by restaurants, local businesses and only a few miles from downtown,” said the firm’s CEO Jon Gasior.

Annapolis Corporate Park is located less than three miles from Interstate 97, five miles from downtown Annapolis, 20 miles from Interstate 695 (Baltimore Beltway) and just over 20 miles from BWI Airport.
