Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP has welcomed Aron Zuckerman as a partner in the Firm’s Real Estate Practice in the New York office. Aron brings expertise in commercial real estate transactions, particularly in lender-side financing, advising credit funds, private equity firms, banks, and institutional lenders. His practice covers mortgage and mezzanine financings, equity structures, and financing facilities.
