Simpli.fi Leases Creative Office Space at Fort Worth Stockyards

Simpli.fi signed a lease for 77,000 square feet of creative office space in the Horse and Mule Barns on Mule Alley. The barns, located at 122-124 E. Exchange Ave. at the Fort Worth Stockyards, is undergoing a renovation into retail, restaurant and office space. Majestic Realty and the Hickman Family, collectively known as Fort Worth Heritage Development, are overseeing redevelopment of the $175-million, 70-acre, 180,000-square-foot project.

JLL’s Ryan Matthews and Matt Montague represented the tenant, which oversees programmatic advertising. Seth Koschak and Tyler Maner with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord. According to Matthews, the lease signing culminates a 12-month search process to “secure the right office solution to accommodate (the tenant’s) culture, future growth, and to foster innovation.”
