Simone Secures 24K SF of Leases at Thornwood Industrial/Flex Property

Simone Development Companies secured 24,500 square feet of new leases at 1 Zeiss Dr. in the Westchester County hamlet of Thornwood, NY. Immortal Fitness leased 14,994 square feet and the Random Farms Kids’ Theater leased 9,506 square feet. Both are relocations.

Ownership was represented by in-house leasing and legal teams alongside the property’s exclusive broker, New York Commercial Realty Group (NYCRG). Immortal Fitness was also represented by NYCRG. The Random Farms Kids’ Theater was represented by CBRE.

“We are thrilled that each of these local businesses chose 1 Zeiss Dr. for their new home,” said Josh Gopan, VP of leasing for Simone Development Companies. “Given the property’s campus-like setting, amenities, abundant parking, and convenient location, it’s a perfect fit for community-enhancing tenants like Immortal Fitness and the Random Farms Kids’ Theater.”

Located on more than 12 acres, 1 Zeiss Dr. is a 120,000-square-foot, two-story industrial/flex/office building.
