Simone Reaches 100% Occupancy at Bronx Offices

Simone Development Companies secured two long-term leases totaling 5,592 square feet of office and medical space at 2510 Westchester Ave. in the Bronx, bringing the property to 100% long-term occupancy.

Unlimited Care Nursing Services, a home care, facility care and institutional staffing provider, signed a seven-year lease for 4,000 square feet. United Probation Officers Association, an organization representing over 800 probation officers, has signed a 10-year lease for 1,592 square feet.

2510 Westchester is a three-story office and medical building located by Westchester Square Station in the Bronx. The 60,000-square-foot building is also convenient to both the Cross Bronx Expressway and the Hutchinson River Parkway.

“We continue to experience exciting leasing activity in this area of the Bronx, both at 2510 Westchester and Simone Development’s Hutchinson Metro Center, a major hub for healthcare, office and education tenants located just a short subway stop away,” said Josh Gopan, Simone Development AVP.
