Simone Leases 20K SF to Mt. Sinai in Scarsdale
Simone Development Companies has leased 20,000 square feet for medical offices to Mount Sinai Health System which will open Mount Sinai Doctors Westchester at 341 Central Park Ave. in Scarsdale, NY. Occupancy is planned for September.
Simone acquired the 25,000-square-foot, one-story property, formerly the home of Klaff’s Home Design Store, in July of last year. Charles Schwab will continue to occupy 5,000 square feet at the property.
“We are excited to have purchased this well-located building for Mount Sinai Doctors and add to our relationship with the Mount Sinai Health System,” said Joe Simone, President of Simone Development Companies.
Simone Development had previously completed medical office redevelopments on behalf of Mount Sinai Health System in the Long Island communities of Hewlett and Greenlawn.
