Simone Development Signs WellLife at Hutchinson Metro Center

Simone Development Companies secured a new long-term lease for 4,290 square feet of office space with WellLife Network at the Atrium building located at 1776 Eastchester Rd. within the company’s Hutchinson Metro Center campus in The Bronx

A nonprofit health and human services organization, WellLife Network was represented by Rob Lella, Darren Leiderman, and Nicole Alper of Colliers. Simone Development’s in-house leasing and legal teams negotiated the deal on behalf of ownership.

WellLife provides a comprehensive range of mental health, substance use disorder, housing and social support services. The organization operates multiple locations throughout the city, including existing facilities within Simone Development’s portfolio.

“We are very pleased to continue growing our relationship with WellLife Network as they expand their footprint within our portfolio,” said Joe Simone, president of Simone Development Companies. “The Hutchinson Metro Center is ideally suited for healthcare and mission-driven organizations seeking high-quality space, accessibility, and proximity to a broad patient base.”
