Simon Greenstone Inks 7-Year Deal at Dallas’ Renaissance Tower

Trial law firm Simon Greenstone Panatier PC signed a lease for 23,869 square feet at Dallas’ Renaissance Tower. The firm will relocate from its current location at One McKinney in Uptown to the 34th floor of 1201 Elm St. in downtown Dallas. The tenant plans to be in its new space by August 2018 and will remain for seven years under the lease.

Clay Gilbert, Dennis Barnes and Ben Davis with CBRE represented the landlord, SMA Equities + Moinian Group. Rob Pipkin and Chris Leonard with Mohr Partners were the tenant representatives.

“Renaissance Tower offered the amenities we were seeking for our new space, including plenty of restaurant options, on-site security, close parking and the close proximity to the courthouse,” said David Greenstone with the law firm. Other tenants include Neiman Marcus, Ernst & Young, Hilltop Holdings and the Environmental Protection Agency.
