Simon | Anderson MF Team Arranges Sale of 108-Unit Apartments in Kent

Swiss Gables Apartments, a 108-unit property at 4620 S 254th Place in Kent’s Lake Fenwick neighborhood, has sold to a private investor.

Dylan Simon, Jerrid Anderson, JD Fuller, and Elijah Piper of the Simon | Anderson Multifamily Team at Kidder Mathews represented the seller, John Stephanus, and sourced the buyer. Built in 1969, Swiss Gables offered investors a rare opportunity to acquire a well-maintained community with significant value-add potential.

Spanning seven buildings across five acres, the community features floor plans averaging 870 square feet, in-unit laundry, updated systems, and recent roof improvements. The property’s location provides direct access to the Kent Valley employment hub, one of the region’s largest centers for manufacturing and distribution.

“Investor demand for well-located communities remains strong, even for older assets,” said Fuller. “Swiss Gables’ size, improvements, and location made it a compelling opportunity, and we’re pleased to have delivered a successful result for our client.”
