Silverstein Signs Five Leases at LA’s US Bank Tower
Management consulting firm McKinsey & Company has agreed to lease more than 19,000 square feet at Silverstein’s US Bank Tower in downtown Los Angeles, the largest of five new leases at LA’s second tallest building. McKinsey will move from their current offices at Century City, CA to the 69th and 70th floors of the 72-story US Bank Tower.
Investment bank Lincoln International expanded its presence in the building with 27,000 square feet on the 67th floor and investment bank Rothschild & Company is moving from the 67th floor to an 8,500-square-foot space on the 50th floor. Civil Engineering firm Walter P Moore will occupy 9,400 square feet on the top floor and law firm Morgan & Morgan will open its first LA office on the 22nd floor.
The new deals come as Silverstein Properties completes a $60 million renovation program that added a tenant lounge on the entire 54th floor, and also modernized the lobby and elevators. JLL and Cushman & Wakefield represented parties in the lease negotiations.
