Silverstein Properties Launches Leasing at Avenue Bellevue
Silverstein Properties announced the re-start of sales of luxury condominiums in its Avenue Bellevue property located at 850 Avenue Square NE.
The luxury mixed-use development features a mix of units from studios to three bedrooms, with Newmark leading the leasing of the project’s retail spaces. The marketing and sale of homes at Avenue is being led by rennie.
“Avenue Bellevue is an exceptional project in the heart of one of the most exciting cities in the Pacific Northwest,” said Larry Silverstein, founder and Chairman of Silverstein Properties.
Avenue Bellevue also includes the first InterContinental-branded hotel in the Pacific Northwest. The development also features over 85,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.
