Silverstein Properties, Arden Group Sign Two Law Firm Leases

Silverstein Properties and Arden Group have signed lease agreements to occupy space at 1735 Market Street in Philadelphia.

Hangley Aronchick Segal Pudlin & Schiller, P.C. signed a 12-year lease to occupy 22,230 square feet on the 26th floor. Founded in 1994, the prestigious firm is relocating its Philadelphia headquarters from One Logan Square. The landlords were represented by Keith Cody, Gordon Hough of Silverstein Properties, and Tom Weitzel of JLL. The tenant was represented by Mitch Marcus, Alex Breitmeyer and Jake Marcus of JLL.

An existing tenant at 1735 Market Street since 2017, Hogan Lovells signed an extension lease to occupy 34,752 square feet on the 22nd and 23rd floors for more than a 10-year term. The landlord was represented by Keith Cody and Gordon Hough of Silverstein Properties, as well as Mitch Marcus, Tom Weitzel and Jake Marcus of JLL. Perry Kaplan and Tim Monahan of Savills represented the tenant.
