Silvershore Selling 57-Property NYC Multifamily Portfolio

New York-based Silvershore Properties put its Brooklyn Legacy Portfolio on the market, in what ranks as the second largest portfolio of multifamily buildings ever offered in New York City. The listing is comprised of 57 properties in Brooklyn totaling more than 430,615 square feet, and is expected to sell for between $230 and $250 million.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Bob Knakal, Stephen Palmese, Jonathan Hageman, DJ Johnston, Michael Mazzara, James Berluti and Charlotte Myers are exclusively marketing the assets.

Palmese says, “The magnitude of scale being offered in this portfolio has never been available before, positioning The Brooklyn Legacy Portfolio as a truly one-of-a-kind investment opportunity.”

The properties are located in Brooklyn’s most desirable neighborhoods, allowing an investor to establish an immediate foothold in the outer boroughs. The property assemblage also qualifies as the largest offering in the outer boroughs.
