Silver Group Brokers Sale of 4K-SF Retail Property in Virginia

The Silver Group has brokered the sale of a 4,480-square-foot retail property in Short Pump Town Center in Henrico, VA. The sales price was not disclosed.

Built in 2008, the property is occupied by Starbucks Coffee and Mezeh Mediterranean Grill. Starbucks Coffee renewed their lease in 2018 and Mezeh, a multi-location restaurant chain, executed their lease in 2016. The Short Pump Town Center is the area’s premier shopping venue with Nordstrom, Dillard’s, Macy’s, Cheesecake Factory, Texas de Brazil, The Funny Bone Comedy Club and Hyatt Hotel.

The Silver Group represented the seller, the original developer, in the transaction. An investor represented by Tony Nguyen of KW Commercial acquired the property at a sub 6% cap rate.
