Silver Cross Hospital Breaks Ground on Orland Park MOB
Silver Cross Hospital and Premier Suburban Medical Group, represented by NAI Hiffman, recently broke ground on a $25-million, 42,000-square-foot medical office building at the northeast corner of LaGrange Road and 171st Street in Orland Park, IL The MOB is scheduled for completion in early 2024.
Perry Higa, EVP of corporate services at NAI Hiffman, was instrumental in identifying the land for the project and brokering the deal to purchase two sites totaling 10.79 acres from SSM Health. Subsequently, Higa brokered the deal to build the MOB.
