Silks Building in LIC Reaches Full Occupancy

New York City-based real estate firm Time Equities Inc has achieved full occupancy at its 113,000-square-foot office development, Silks Building, located in Long Island City, Queens.

The Silks Building was originally the headquarters of the Scalamandre Silks Company. The building’s recent leases include tenants such as DangerWorks LLC, Kelson LLC, Felice Design Studio LLC, Nemati Collections, IronOaks LLC, and more.

“Leasing transactions at the Silks building supports that there is strong tenant attraction and retention to Class B office properties throughout NYC,” said Nadja Galloway, director of New York Commercial Leasing and Sales at TEI.
