We’ve written a lot about how strong the San Francisco office market is performing. Things are doing pretty well in the Silicon Valley, too.

Bixby Land Co. recently sold an office asset in San Jose for $96 million to MetLife. The 250,000-square-foot office building, called THE Campus, was bought by Bixby and Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors for $29 million in 2012.

It was mostly vacant when purchased, but now it is mostly leased to Verizon.
