Silergy Expands HQ with 28K-SF Lease in Santa Clara
Silergy Technology is shifting its headquarters from Sunnyvale, CA to Santa Clara, CA in an expansion of its Silicon Valley offices. The semiconductor company’s new 27,700-square-foot space will occupy the entire top floor of a six-story building at 2600 Great America Way owned by Irvine Company.
According to the Bay Area News Group, Cushman & Wakefield’s Alex Lagemann represented Silergy in the lease transaction. Lagemann said the company needed a larger space and the newly renovated digs are a “spectacular” location.
The new headquarters will feature office and lab space to accommodate Silergy’s research, engineering and administrative operations. A company executive said the move was necessary due to the company’s fast-rising global demand for its products.
